LEG/ASS DAY

Today I tried to get that yesterday’s cheat out of my body! I had loads of energy today and my legs are still burrrning. I did loads of cardio and a long leg/ass sesh. When I got back home I made some delish protein pancakes! Good dose of proteins (egg whites and banana protein powder). Now I am waiting for a good movie with my boyfriend.
