PEACH OATMEAL MORNING

Morning, morning, morning my loves! How was yesterday? Have you relaxed and recharged as we talked in the previous post? Well, I really did. I spend the night with my friends, I was totally off from all the social media platforms and all the worries haha, so I really tried to have that ‘me’ time and do whatever I like! It worked perfectly, I feel much better today. More motivated to actually ‘do’ things!

I want to quickly share my new ‘discovery’! YUMMY PEACH OATMEAL perfect for breakfast. Don’t know if any of you loves peaches as much as I do… But today I can say that I am absolutely crazy about them!

You will need:

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 small fresh peaches orΒ 1/4 cup canned sliced peaches
  • cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. oat bran
  • 1/2 tsp sugar (optional) or 1/2 tsp honey (optional) or I used Agave nectar (few drops)

Toppings:

  • Peach Greek yogurt
  • Natural Organic apple jam (I used my mother’s home made one!!)
  • 1 tsp linseed
  • 1 tsp coconut shaves
  • Peaches (small lovely pieces)

Cut peaches into small pieces. Cook oatmeal as usual by also adding peaches, constantly mixing. Once it’s almost cooked, add bran, nectar and cinnamon.

This serving is for one person. You can double or triple this amount depending for how many lovely people you will serve the breakfast!

P.S. For the completeness I added warm peppermint tea with lemon.

Buon Appetito

  1. This looks stunning! Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. I usually have bananas caramelised with oatmeal, a personal favourite but love your idea of peaches, will be trying this!
